The vacuum differential pressure detection technology is used to carry out vacuum leak detection on the water pipes and air pipes of automobile air conditioners, mainly for the sampling inspection of the gas pipe products, and to test the products with quality problems proposed by the production.

The equipment adopts PLC control to realize full automatic detection. The parameters to be tested can be set on the industrial control touch screen of the equipment, and the equipment is started for detection. In order to provide better air tightness to the airway interface, the tracheal interface clamp is precisely measured and processed.
